We are not liable for:
• Courier delays
• Customs processing delays
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Delivery issues once marked “Delivered” by carrier
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered must be resolved with the courier.

Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all cosmetic and body care products are final sale unless defective.
We accept returns only if:
• Item is unused
• Item is unopened
• Item is in original condition
• Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Opened or used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless faulty upon arrival.
We do not offer refunds based on:
• Personal dissatisfaction
• Results not meeting expectations
• Sensory preference (texture, scent, feel)
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is confirmed defective.
